We’re done watching talented kids and hungry solopreneurs get stuck because they don’t have the right network. Mentorship today is a gated country club — you need the right school, the right LinkedIn connections, or the right nonprofit board just to get a reply. Youth in our communities are told to “find a mentor” like it’s easy. It isn’t. The waiting lists, broken matching systems, and ghosting are killing potential before it even starts.
